Privacy policy
ID Photo Studio helps you prepare passport, visa and identity photos. This policy explains what stays on your device, what limited technical data our service providers process, and your choices.
Your photos stay on your device
Photos you capture or select are processed locally for face detection, cropping, background replacement and print-sheet creation. We do not upload your photos to our servers, create biometric profiles, or use your photos to train AI models. A file leaves the app only when you explicitly save, print or share it using your device's system controls.
Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose those actions. You can revoke either permission in your device settings.
Technical data processed by service providers
The app does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, contacts or precise location. The following providers may automatically process limited technical data:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): IP address (which may indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and provide analytics.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: app interactions, app-instance/device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, and device/app information. We use aggregated reports to understand which screens and features are useful and improve the app.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, installation identifiers, and device/operating-system information. We use this information to diagnose crashes and reliability problems.
- Firebase Remote Config: app-instance, locale, country, time-zone, operating-system and app-version information used to deliver safe configuration values.
- Google Play or Apple App Store: purchase status, product identifier and transaction token or receipt are processed to complete or restore an in-app purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Data is encrypted in transit. Retention and deletion for provider-controlled data follow each provider's policies. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy documentation.
Advertising choices and consent
Where required, the app asks for advertising and privacy consent before requesting ads. You can revisit privacy choices from the app when required, or change advertising-personalization controls in Android or iOS settings. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily remove ads; it limits how they are selected. Purchasing the ad-removal product stops in-app ad requests.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- use the photo tools without creating an account;
- deny or revoke camera and photo-library permissions;
- reset or delete exported files using your device controls;
- reset your device advertising identifier or restrict ad personalization;
- uninstall the app to remove its local data; and
- contact us to exercise applicable access, deletion, objection or consent-withdrawal rights.
Because we do not operate user accounts, include your platform, country and a short description when contacting us. Do not email identity photos or sensitive documents.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with your use of ID Photo Studio, email sonledn98@gmail.com with the subject “ID Photo Studio data deletion request”. Include your platform (Android or iOS), country, approximate date of use and, if available, your app-instance or advertising identifier. Do not attach identity photos or documents.
We will verify and process valid requests within 30 days, or explain if additional information or a legal retention requirement applies. We can delete or reset data under our control. Photos and exported files stay on your device and can be deleted with your device controls. Advertising, diagnostics, analytics and transaction data controlled by Google Play, Apple, AdMob or Firebase follow those providers' deletion and retention policies; purchase records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, refunds or legal compliance.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
International processing
Our providers may process technical data in countries other than yours, using the safeguards described in their privacy terms.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
