The app provides preparation guidance, not a government approval. Your issuing authority always makes the final decision.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Face detection, cropping, background processing and print-sheet creation run on your device. A file leaves only when you choose to save, share or print it.
Why does the app warn about background replacement?
Some authorities reject digitally altered passport photos. Keep the original background when the selected document guidance says digital alteration is not allowed.
Why might a photo still be rejected?
Rules change and automated checks are estimates. Verify current official requirements for expression, eyewear, clothing, lighting, printing and image age before submitting.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the upgrade area in the app and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account used for the purchase.
How do I request help?
